I design and build end-to-end solutions — from database modeling and REST APIs to interactive dashboards and geospatial visualization — focused on decision-making and operational efficiency.
I am the author and main developer of strategic systems for traffic and urban mobility management, including:
- Real-time Traffic Operations Dashboard, developed from scratch with custom APIs, database integration and interactive frontend.
- Google Maps-based visualization showing live traffic operations, checkpoints and incidents with detailed operational data.
- Analytical dashboards with advanced filters (vehicle type, operation type, time range, infractions) and key indicators for management and planning.
I also developed a Traffic Violation Heatmap System for the municipality of Camaçari, using Google Maps Heatmap, enabling managers to identify high-incidence areas and support public policy and enforcement strategies.

Currently, I work at Grupo Recursos, developing systems for traffic authorities such as Transalvador, using technologies including .NET Core, Node.js, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Delphi, SQL Server, Oracle and Google Maps APIs.
